Refund Policy

Effective September 26, 2026

The short version

  • Cancel any time. Pro stays on until the end of the month you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
  • We refund in full if you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or charged after canceling.
  • Other payments, including partly used months, aren't refunded unless the law requires it.
  • Ask for a refund by email within 30 days of the charge.

This summary helps you find your way; the full text below is what applies.

1. Canceling

You can cancel Nvoka Pro at any time in Settings → Plan → Manage billing, or from your Link account at link.com. After you cancel, Pro stays on until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. You won’t be charged again.

Your prompts stay yours after Pro ends. Anything beyond the Free plan’s limits stays in your library; you just can’t add new prompts past the limit until you’re under it or upgrade again.

2. When we refund

We refund a payment in full when:

  • you were charged twice for the same period, or charged by mistake;
  • you were charged after you canceled; or
  • a problem on our side kept you from using Pro and we couldn’t fix it in reasonable time.

Other payments, including the unused part of a month after you cancel, aren’t refunded, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. If something else went wrong, tell us anyway; we look at every request.

3. How to ask

Email us within 30 days of the charge with the email address on your Nvoka account and the date of the charge. We aim to reply within 3 business days.

Nvoka Pro is sold through Link, Stripe’s checkout service, so your receipt comes from Link and your card statement shows “LINK.COM*”. You can also ask Link for help with a payment; Link may issue refunds within 60 days of a purchase under its own policy.

4. Where the money goes

Refunds go back to the original payment method, including any tax charged. Your bank usually shows the refund within 5–10 business days.

5. Price changes

We’ll tell you at least 30 days before a price increase applies to your subscription, so you can cancel first if you prefer. The Terms of Service cover billing in full.
