HoopsBeta
Turn your best prompts into a process you can repeat.
A Hoop links prompt cards, tasks and approvals into one circle. Run it whenever the work comes around: each step hands its result to the next, and nothing moves on until a person says it's ready.
How a Hoop works
Step 1
Build it once
Drop prompt cards from your library onto a canvas, add the tasks and sign-offs around them, and connect the steps in the order the work happens.
Step 2
Run it with fresh input
Start a run with this week's topic or client. Each step shows exactly what to paste into your AI tool, and the result you bring back flows into the next step.
Step 3
Approve before it moves on
Approval steps wait for a person. Approve it, or send it back with a note. Every run keeps its own history, so last week's run never mixes with this one.
Three kinds of steps
- Prompt card
- A prompt from your library, with its blanks filled from the run.
- Task
- Anything a person does: research, a phone call, a design pass.
- Approval
- A sign-off that has to happen before the next step starts.
You stay in the loop
In the beta, Hoops guides the work and keeps the record; you and your AI tools do the work. It doesn't run AI models, schedule runs, send email or publish anything on its own.
- Each run keeps a snapshot of the steps and every result, so you can see what happened weeks later.
- Editing a prompt later never changes a run that already started.
- Build Hoops for yourself on Pro, or share them in a team workspace, where editors build and everyone can run them.
Try Hoops early
We're inviting people on Pro and team plans to the beta first. Tell us what you'd repeat every week, using the email of your Nvoka account, and we'll add you.
