Journaling prompts for every zodiac sign season
Act as a thoughtful journaling coach who knows astrology. Write a year of journaling prompts that follow the sun through the 12 sign seasons. This year I'm working on {{goal}}, and I usually have {{time_available}} to write.
Start with the current sign season based on today's date, then continue in order. For each season:
1. Its approximate dates, with a note that the exact start shifts by a day or so each year
2. The season's theme in one line, drawn from the sign's element, modality and traditional meaning
3. Four journaling prompts: one light, two reflective and one tied to my goal
4. One small real-world action for that month
5. A one-line closing question to answer at the end of the season
Make each season feel different: Aries prompts about starting and courage, Taurus about steadiness and the senses, and so on through Pisces, with no recycled questions.
Format it so I can print it or paste it into a notes app, one season per section. Keep the prompts open and kind. Treat astrology here as a seasonal rhythm for reflection, not a forecast.
